Click & Collect

HOW TO USE

Our click and collect service is completely free to use on all orders, simply use this option at checkout.

When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email/text. When your order has been processed and is ready to collect you will receive a ‘'confirmation of despatch' e-mail, please bring this with you to collect your order. 

We aim to have your orders available within 2 working days, however during busier periods this may be longer.

If you have not received the 'confirmation of despatch' e-mail after 3 days, please e-mail sales@swanseacity.com with your order number and we will look into this for you.

Click & Collect Information

Orders will be available to collect from the club shop, with the access varying depending on our opening hours, which are detailed below.

 If collecting during club shop opening hours please make your way to the till point.

If you are collecting during our click and collect opening, please make your way to the side entrance of the club shop, near the ticket office.

 Collection times are as below but are subject to change due to home fixtures. Please visit our store website HERE for up to date opening times:

Parking is available within the West car park of the Swansea.com Stadium. This is subject to events on-going at the stadium.

OPENING HOURS

 Monday: 9.30am – 3.30pm
Tuesday: 9.30am – 3.30pm

Wednesday: 9.30am -3.30pm

Thursday: 9.30am – 5.30pm (via the club shop)

Friday: 9.30am – 5.30pm (via the club shop)
Saturday: 9.30 – 5.30pm (via the club shop)

Sunday: Closed
