Shop Opening Times - November & December

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

If you open your presents to find someone has got you the wrong size, fear not because we will be extending our returns policy to enable you to obtain a refund or make an exchange after Christmas.

Any purchases made on or after Thursday 24^TH October can be returned until 31^st  January (with proof of purchase). Please check the club shop visiting hours before visiting.

Click & Collect Moving to the Club Shop 

Swansea City can confirm from Monday November 11, all click & collect orders will be available to collect at the Swansea City club shop, located at the Swansea.com Stadium.

Supporters who have already placed orders and have received confirmation that their purchase is ready to collect are able to do so from the Cwmdu warehouse until tomorrow at 3pm (Friday November 8).

 All collections after this date will be from the Swansea City club shop and supporters who are affected will be contacted directly via email.

Orders will be available to collect from the club shop, with the access varying depending on our opening hours, which are detailed below.

If collecting during club shop opening hours please make your way to the till point.

If you are collecting during our click and collect opening, please make your way to the side entrance of the club shop, near the ticket office.

Collection times are as below but are subject to change due to home fixtures. Please visit our store website HERE for up to date opening times:

Monday: 9.30am – 3.30pm
Tuesday: 9.30am – 3.30pm

Wednesday: 9.30am -3.30pm

Thursday: 9.30am – 5.30pm (via the club shop)

Friday: 9.30am – 5.30pm (via the club shop)
Saturday: 9.30 – 5.30pm (via the club shop)

Sunday: Closed

Parking is available within the West car park of the Swansea.com Stadium. This is subject to events on-going at the stadium.

HOW TO USE

Our click and collect service is completely free to use on all orders, simply use this option at checkout.

When you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email/text. When your order has been processed and is ready to collect you will receive a ‘'confirmation of despatch' e-mail, please bring this with you to collect your order. 

We aim to have your orders available within 2 working days, however during busier periods this may be longer.

If you have not received the 'confirmation of despatch' e-mail after 3 days, please e-mail sales@swanseacity.com with your order number and we will look into this for you.
